I love this omelet. It's so unusual that I feel the need to post it since I never would have thought of it.

1 tbsp sesame oil
2 eggs
1/4 cup cream cheese
1 tsp dried dill
salt and pepper to taste

Heat sesame oil in an omelet sized saucepan over medium heat. Mash cream cheese and dill together with a fork. Lightly beat two eggs and season with salt and pepper. Pour egg mixture into pan and cook until no longer really runny. Flip it with a spatula. Spread the cream cheese mixture on one half of of the eggs and fold the eggs in half. Cook until cream cheese starts to melt. Flip if necessary to prevent burning the eggs.
