So I had a fender bender last Friday. Sitting at a stop light, stopped, and the guy behind me thought I moved and he drove under my truck (4X4) with his Saturn. Messed his car up bad. No one was hurt. 4-5 MPH at most, only a cracked piece of plastic on my bumper.
Yesterday I had three phone call in a row on my cell phone. I excused myself from a conference to take the call. It was a chiropractors office wanting to heal me and get me back to where I was before the "accident" I was so pi$$ed. I read them the riot act and to not call me again.
Guess what, they called me again today. I read them a 4 letter riot act of my own. I thought only lawyers chased ambulances.
I called my insurance company and they told me they got my number form the police report which is public record. They told me to expect calls from more chiropractors and lawyers. I am working on my retorts now.

Wow! Sorry about the accident.

It's unethical for lawyers to contact prospective clients in person or by phone for the purpose of getting business. They can send letters but it must clearly be marked as a an advertisement.
There may be a similar rule for chiropractors and doctors, I'd be shocked if there wasn't.

Start blocking their numbers after they call you once.

Get their specific names, addresses and numbers and report them to their state governing board.
