What a great question! I do not have one but would love to see some of the suggestions too!
Anybody have one for your vehicle? If so... what do you have in it?

Yes. You just never know when something will happen. This was posted a while back and a great list: https://www.lab-retriever.net/board/d...ight=emergency
I generally have:
Hydrogen Peroxide
Tweezers
Scissors
Sterile Water
Gauze
Vet Wrap
Benadryl
EMT Cream
I always have towels and blankets in the car.
Depending on if it's a walk in the park or a long trip away from home will determine how much extra you may need. I always have, at the very least, rabies records with me. In the car is vac record and microchip number with a picture of the dog in a baggie.

When Im hunting or training I always carry some EMT GEL and super glue in my blind bag. Also keep a full Doggie first aid kit in the Trucks jocky box
The contents of the first aid kit are: first aid book for dogs, skin staple gun, cold pack, hydrogen peroxide, eye wash, styptic pencil, thermometer w/case, 2" flexible cohesive wrap, alcohol prep pads, gauze pads, 3-ply towels, iodine solution, saline solution, stainless steel scissors, stainless steel forceps, surgical scrub brush, syringe, hydrocortisone cream, triple antibiotic ointment, 3" cotton swabs, cotton balls, latex tourniquet, vinyl gloves, and pill gun.

We never take the dogs anywhere without our 'dog bag'. contains their leashes, collars (they're usually without them), tags, vaccination papers, full medical as above, a ball (very helpful to get their attention if they're too distracted in an emergency to obey commands), nail clippers, poop bags.

A side note, be sure to keep an eye on expiration dates in the kit.
Had to laugh, I have a Bass Pro kit. The regular medical kit stays in the car. The Bass Pro kit contains paper towels, a small size squirt bottle of Nature's Miracle and poop bags. While there has never been an accident, I want to be prepared.

Since we work in search and rescue, I have a pretty extensive kit. I bring supplies for my dog too though. If it's just him and I, his kit consists of:
Muzzle
Latex Gloves, scissors, knife
Gauze and tape
Material to make a stretcher (blankets and towels and stuff are kept in the truck)
Hydrogen Peroxide
Bandages, and trauma pads in different sizes
Tegaderm - I LOVE THIS STUFF
saline
tweezers
A good flashlight (I like streamlights or some type of pen light)
Some type of antibiotic ointment
A syringe (plunger type or a bulb) to wash or flush
Iodine
cotton balls
some type of sanitary wipe (wet ones)
I keep a lot more supplies in the truck.

I don't think anyone has said yet, I have pliers as well as tweezers. Tweezers aren't strong enough for porcupine quills.
I carry some things for other animals; stray dogs, dead critters I can't stand to think will be squashed. I only move the dead ones if it's safe. So, gloves, plastic sheet, extra leash with slip end.

Now another question; what do you use to hold your "kit"? I have a plastic milk crate that I'm thinking about using.. but it's a little on the big side for the truck.
