Ugh... I read this earlier. It's so unbelievable. Who could do such a thing?! Some people are 100% scum bags.
Geez.But i have to wonder if the dog was just following someone who had been nice to it? That happened to us, twice. One even followed us right past it's own house. We took it back.
No, I went back and read it again. They did abandon it. Poor thing.
Stories like these break my heart.
This is so heartless. I just can't understand people who are like this. There should be a much harsher penalty than what they could ever get.
