Got Accepted into the University of Florida!!!!!?!?!?!?! AAAAAH!

Well, as some of you know I am a college student and I am working toward a degree in Education. I want to be either a preschool or kindergarten teacher. I absolutely love kids. I am currently at Santa Fe College and had been accepted into their bachelors program for Early Childhood education, but I had also applied to UF in March for their bachelors program. Last night at 1 am I decided to check the status of my application at the University of Florida and I got ACCEPTED :O I nearly exploded from surprise and excitement!!! I really didn't think I was gonna get in. So happy right now Coal's momma is officially a Gator

That's awesome, congrats!!!! UF is tough to get in to that's for sure. I'm about to start my last year at the law school. Still amazed at how fast these past two years went by.

I believe so! If not everyone breaks the rules. People walk their dogs on campus all the time and I take Coal with me to visit my boyfriend on campus all the time. the Gainesville area in general is incredibly dog friendly

Not in the dorms but they are allowed on campus. Most undergrads don't live in the dorms after their first year anyway. It's a public university so it's completely open and people walk their dogs through it all the time. Around finals time, people bring their dogs into the courtyard of the law school for a puppy "study break."

Congrats on being accepted. What a great way to end a day . . . or I should say start the day since it was 1 a.m. when you found out the good news. Don't think I would have been able to sleep after that.
