Raw, for sure.
Also, let her get used to the marrow. It can be too rich for some.
I like knuckle bones (raw) also. The marrow bones can be a bit hard and they do go through them quickly.
Molly is in a seek and destroy mode. She is well exercised and mentaly stimulated. Although she is having a blast riping all her toys to shreds. 3 toys in a day most of them bought for her as a young puppy. I want to try marrow bones to try give her a change. Do you think its better to give them cooked or raw?

Cooked bones are dangerous. Cooking makes them brittle and therefore much more likely to splinter. Some folks remove all or part of the marrow to start with. It's too much fat all at once for some dogs.
Be careful of the knuckle bones. If you are lucky to find them raw then fine. But don't let the shop tell you smoked is not cooked. Smoked is still cooked, maybe not as much, but it's still cooked. I can't find anything but smoked knuckle bones here.
Only raw, cooked bones can be dangerous and scrape out the marrow.

Raw. Freeze them first, scrape out most of the marrow. Give in very, very limited amounts at first (5 minutes, 10 minutes etc.)
FYI, Luna got pancreatitis from a raw marrow bone, so keep in mind that should be monitored and given in very limited amounts!

Raw. Never give cooked bones to your dog.
