    Team trad status update

    Aye Mates,
As so many of ye know, t'is been a tough year on meself and TEAM TRAD this year. Once again, I am humbled and in gratitude of the support received by so many of the kind folks here on this board. That said, I told ye I would keep ye in the loop with any significant updates on me health status. GRAND NEWS, I saw me ENT specialist yesterday and he used a flexible camera / scope to examime me and found no sign of the cancer I was battling just a short time ago. I am more than thankful and will see me oldest daughter graduate from her university next week. Miracles do happen!

I am back to training retrievers and TEAM TRAD is back at the hunt test games with a number of AKC and HRC tests in our sights for this season.

LIFE.IS GRAND! Me energy levels are low and me Doc's tell me that is to be expected given the war I waged on the beast. The chemo and radiation treatments endured were tough, but it needed to be done and I was able to stick it out.

THANK YOU ALL FOR THE SUPPORT, and I'll keep ye posted on our hunt test efforts.

Good training to ye and enjoy ye retrievers.

    Faugh a Ballagh,
    Irishwhistler and TRAD

We knew you could beat the cancer! Hopefully this means you are in remission!

I know how draining Chemo and radiation can be. My mother endured nearly a full year of treatment, and she really bounced back once her treatments were done. Hopefully you will be back to running and hunting with Trad in no time!

Love seeing pictures of the Hunt tests! Bacon strives to work as well as the talented Trad!

That is wonderful news!! I am sure once your body has some time to recover from aggressive chemo and radiation you will be feeling stronger with each passing day. You really did go to battle with a beast and thank God you kicked that evil to the curb! Be good to yourself, eat well, rest when necessary, it takes time.
I am looking forward to your hunt tests with TRAD and I know he will do great!

Great news and, don't worry, lab energy is "contagious", at least that's the way it works for me, and I'm pretty sure that TRAD has plenty to share
