If the man in question good-naturedly thinks of his dogs as family members....definitely yes.
My husband would like one of those and wear it happily. But I know some dog "owners" who would just put it in the closet or wear it for yard chores.
And I just ordered one for Bob.

I think they are so darn cute! love them. But... my husband would never wear it. He is not a huge dog person.

My husband IS a huge dog person (as long as I do most of the actual work of caring for them. Sorry Honey, you know it's true) but he tends not to wear shirts with logos unless it's his department at work or the NY Giants. I think it's cute but I don't think he'd wear it. As someone else said, if your husband is the type to wear one, I'd go for it!
