    Big Changes are coming!

In the last 2 weeks, a lot of things have solidified, making our future more visible. We have been wanting to sell our house for years. It is in the suburbs, but very close to downtown St. Paul. We are wanting to get further out, get a bigger yard, and closer to hunting areas. All of these things have become possible. Our realtor looked at the house, gave us a list of small things to do, but she gave us the go for listing in the Spring of 2016!!! This mean Bacon gets a new house!

On top of this change, my sister, who has been living with Jake and I, has finally found her own apartment, which means in 1 week we will finally have our house to ourselves for the first time in 3 years!!

Now starts the stress of getting things fixed (including new siding, which will be quite spendy, but desperately needed), painted, and rearranged. We are so excited to be able to start this process, and Bacon is looking forward to having a big yard, something that our current house lacks. We are hoping to get several acres for Bacon to play in.

So happy for you. Yes, it is a lot of work getting your current house ready but will bring big benefits in a higher selling price. To me the worse was packing up all my stuff and I have a lot of stuff.

Have you started house hunting yet, found an area where you want to be?

    This is so exciting.

We have found the city we want to live in, something smaller but not too far from work. Plus, it is less than 10 minutes from good hunting land!

How exciting! We had a tenant in our second bedroom while I was in school. He just moved out in June when I moved back in permanently and it has been awesome! I'm sure you will find that your house feels so much bigger even though its just by one room.

Congratulations! The worst part of getting a house ready to sell is doing all the things you wanted to do but are now doing for someone else to enjoy.

on a side note you know having 4 acres or 40 the only place Bacon is going to want to be is 2 inches from where you are
