Both of my girls sleep that way!
Baring their tummy is the ultimate trust.
Mine also snore, does Chili?

That is Gabe's most favorite position because he knows he will get belly rubs!!!
Mardi doesn't; I think it probably has to do with her hip discomfort. She still does the roll and wiggle on her back though.
Archie is now feeling comfortable enough to belly up for rubs but he does not when he's sleeping.

All the time. I even have a photo of him as a 15 day old pup sleeping in that position right next to his mama who is also sleeping like that.
This morning when I woke up he was in that position, under the covers, head towards the foot of the bed with his tail sticking out from under the covers near our pillows. And it was wagging. He sleep-wags (also barks and whines) more in this position than any other.
