One thing I've quickly learned about owning a Lab...

Don't leave a drink on the coffee table! Those tails can move!

We adopted Molly our Yellow Lab a few weeks ago and it's been amazing. She's so great with our kids (12 year old daughter and 10 year old son). I've never had a Lab before so I'm looking forward to chatting on here.

Welcome Kate and Molly! Can't wit to hear all about your adventures together. And ditto to drinks on the coffee table! On the other hand the look on my dog's face the first time he took a lap out of my coffee cup was priceless. I think he takes his coffee sweeter than I do!

    Welcome!

It has been years since my coffee table had more than a book on it, lol!

When my boys get to romping they can not only clear off the living room tables with their tales, but are fairly efficient furniture movers as well!

    Hello and Welcome!

We just did away with a coffee table. Easier than constantly picking up. We do have end tables which are much higher.

Welcome to the board! You might want to put the remote control away too. Chew toys. I've always wondered if it's because they like to have stuff we've handled a lot in their mouths.

Welcome, never leave anything within the reach of a lab that you don't want 1) broken, 2) eaten, 3) hair in it........:-)

Welcome!!! I've had Labs for almost 31 years. I haven't had a coffee table for about 30 years. Coincidence? I don't think so!!!!
