Very nice for dress up. Too nice for regular wear, it would not look so good after favorite Lab activities - puddle diving, rolling around, digging!

Looks cool but no way could my conscience allow me to spend that kind of money on a collar. And for Shiloh's black fur I prefer something more colorful than leather.

Nice, but something I wouldn't purchase. Too steep for my conscience to actually consider.

Not something I would buy even if it were much cheaper. Not a fan of leather collars in general.

Looks really cool, but there are at least too very serious cons:
    1) ridiculously expensive; I could do a lot more really important and fun things for my dog instead
    2) not practical at all; just can't imagine washing it and scraping mud or I don't even wanna think about what else off it almost every day

Have to ditto the above replies. Kibble and especially vet bills are where I need to spend any "extra" money. Even if I had the extra, would not spend that much on a collar.

I think the photo does not really show how flashy the collar would be in real life. The crystals look like little metal studs in the photo but probably in person it would look pretty cool. In our everyday lives a collar like that would not be practical for my dogs. They roll in the dirt and mud, they wrestle and play with each other, they love to get wet. I was trying to imagine going someplace that having a beautiful collar on my little girl would make sense but I cannot think of anyplace I go with them that they need to look so fancy. They don't even have collars that look especially handsome but some on here have gotten nice leather collars for their dogs with tooling or studs to wear on occasion. I have had other breeds of dogs on whom a collar like that would probably get less dirty or wet and would be more practical- on my labs, no.

“Because of the dog's joyfulness, our own is increased. It is no small gift. It is not the least reason why we should honor as well as love the dog of our own life, and the dog down the street, and all the dogs not yet born. What would the world be like without music or rivers or the green and tender grass? What would this world be like without dogs?”

NOT! Don't like leather collars, and too many of my friends on FB make collars for me that I love. And seriously... the $$$?????? Not a chance.
