He seems right at home. Glad you guys had a good day.
Aye Mates,
TRAD and meself shared me layout blind whilst hunting geese this morning. T'was a wee bit chilly this morning but not so once we both climbed into the blind. TRAD seemed to take great joy in hearing and watching all of the birds as we shared the warmth and special bond that makes the handler and K9 a team.
TRAD peers out of me layout blind at the fields before his eyes and wonders if he will get to work amongst the decoy rig for birds.
TRAD scans the horizon with pin point accuracy for the approach of flocks of geese.
Target aquisition made, it's "lock on" time.
Results of today's hunt were that no geese fell to our guns. TRAD did get to learn how to lay in the blind whilst remaining calm and quiet in the tight quaters, a productive day afterall.
Faugh a Ballagh,
TEAM TRAD

Having them calm in the blind is so important. Looks like TRAD pretty much has it nailed!!
Thanks JollyMolly and Barry. TRAD did develop grand blind manners during today's hunt,
