November is tough in general! My grandson 11/14. My Son in Law 11/22. My DD 11/24. Add all I've dealt with with my fiends, my parents, and my own health issues. It's been tough this month.
Miss Sophie had a good birthday. I got her a nice wide slip lead in pink/purple. I also gave her extra salmon in her dinner. I feel like sometimes she comes in second because I work so hard with Bruce, and he gets all the publicity. I do a lot of work with her, and she's really come a long way. She does a great job with retrieving (gundog) training and basic obedience. Plus she a complete sweetheart of a dog, always there to give kisses and a really happy tail. She's the only dog I've ever let sleep on my bed, so that may indicate how special she is to me.
She is a very special and happy dog, and I loved her to bits!! I hope we get to celebrate many, many more birthdays!!!

Happy birthday Sophie! One of our neighbors has a black lab named Sadie (so close!) who also turned 4 today! She's Thor's girlfriend - he always likes the black labs.
