How does your dog wag his/her tail?

I think it's so funny to watch my dogs wag their tails. Argos does a standard back and forth. Nikki wags hers in big full circles. Fran wagged hers so hard that she broke it before we met her and it had to be amputated shortly afterward. Zo does that kind of hesitant stop and start.

Side to side from the tip of his tail to his front shoulders. that butt moves at least 6inches side to side.

Bacon has different wags. When he is waiting to get out of his crate when we come home, just the tip wags. When greeting someone at the door, its full body wags in circles. When seeing a bird, full figure 8's of the whole body. My goofy boy.

Ha! What a way to bring a smile to my face on a Monday morning - picturing a bunch of happy wiggle butts.

Thor has an enthusiastic horizontal wag that occasionally goes helicopter. But it's really his whole body. I call it wagging his butt more than wagging his tail. Sometimes he watches me in my office by poking his head around the door and I can always tell if his tail is wagging even if I just see his nose because his whole body moves.

She wags her entire body, I'm not kidding. She has a long body... when the tail swings left, the body swings right as a counterbalance. That's why hubby calls her "Miss Wiggles".

Aiko has a really long swirled tail (from what part of his mutt mix I am not sure) It has a mind of its own, we call it his snake charmer tail. Sometimes it goes nuts when he gets super excited

Whole backend wags so hard it looks like she's going to knock herself over. And with her big otter tail, anything in its path is fair game.

Mardi's total back end wiggles don't happen any more, I'm sure because of her hip. Her tail though can still do the labby propeller. Archie is more back and forth and will all the long fur on his tail, it swishes.
