    Pro-biotics

If you use one, which do you like the best??

I have Wrigley on the Purina one, but I am not married to it, and I need to keep Wrigley on one. She has loose stools, can't cut her food back, clear stool sample from the vet today. They recommended probiotics... and we'll also try some metronidazole.

I like Probios. It's cheaper than FortiFlora but it's basically the same thing.

Primal Defense Ultra by Garden of Life. It was recommended to me by someone years ago, Tux and Cabo both get it daily for various reasons. Sometimes I take it too.

I’ve been using Bene-bac Plus on the pups off and on since they were about 6 weeks old. Most of the time they are ok, but sometimes they get into crap in the yard and it throws them off for a day or two.

I use the powder but I've given the tablets too, never used the chews. No particular reason why I haven't used the chews. Powder is cheapest and I keep it in the fridge.

I use probiotic pearls complete digestive health. I have looked for the Primal Defense Ultra but I can't find it. These are pearls and Maverick just eats them in his food every morning.

Oban did take Fortiflora when he was in the depths of his illness but he's over that now and as maintenance and a general health supplement I simply add some kefir to his bedtime pills.

Jen, I have heard really good things about Bio Sponge, you may want to try it. Digestive Health | Platinum Performance

You may also want to treat like Giardia or coccidia just in case the fecal missed either of those. I am using a new one dose product for coccidia and it's easy peasy, PM me if you'd like to know what it is.
