Where did the time go?
We'll probably take her out for ice cream to celebrate later, but her big present (although she won't see it that way, LOL) is that yesterday she was officially discharged from physical therapy. She had severed a tendon in her foot back in November and we though her Obedience career would be over, but after a month in a splint and several months of rehab, she is back to full function. If you look closely, you can see she stands a little flatter on that foot than her other feet, but if you didn't know to look, you probably wouldn't even notice it. Considering after the accident, she was hopping on 3 legs, she's come a long way.
The reason I say she won't see it as a birthday present is that she LOVED rehab because she got to eat lots of peanut butter and get sweet talked while doing her exercises, LOL.
Tomorrow, I'm taking her to her first practice match since she got hurt - I"m expecting her to be a bit rusty, but at least she can physically do all of it now.

Congratulations and many happy returns of the day to Chloe! I think her daddy Mulder should get a treat, too, to make it a party--even if you bring him take out if a ride is too much in the heat.
