Last week Angela and I went with 2 of our best friends to Asheville and Nashville. We went to Biltmore house on a candle light tour at night. The place we GEORGOUS! We went back the next day for another day light tour. We went to the winery for a wine tasting and they had some fantastic wines. That place is amazing.
We spend a few days in Nashville. We went to the Pantheon, a replica of the original in Greece and was built in 1920. There are 4 exterior that are 24 feet high, 6 feet wide, 12 inches thick and weigh 7.5 tons each! You can move them with on finger. We went to the old Ryman Theater. I call it Hillbilly mecca! We went to Opryland Hotel and visited the lobby which was decorated for Christmas and was amazing too. A great relaxing time with great friends.
I would recommend both locals for a vacation.

Biltmore is beautiful at Christmas. I call on the hospital up the road from Biltmore, it always amazes me when I drive by on the highway and see the backside of it. Amazing how they built such a place back then
