Maybe the skin is dry and cracking. Pushing the nose relieves an open crack/sore.
Then again maybe she's just nosy. Sorry, couldn't help myself.
What is she doing? She keeps pushing her nose against things while she sleeps.

I read once where Labs will cover their nose while sleep when it's cold. It allows them to sleep in very cold temps, and still remain comfy. Fran may be doing this out of instinct, but since it's probably not freezing cold, she's just not covering her nose. I know that Husky's do this, put their tails over there noses to warm the air as them breathe, they can actually sleep covered in snow and still remain comfy.

My guess is some kind of front of mouth dental (or nasal) pain.

We went into the vet today to get her prepped for surgery to remove that growth from her anus so she'll give a more thorough once over when Fran is under but everything looks good now. It's just different so it nags at me but it is pretty cute.
