Oh my gosh, I bet you thought you were having a heart attack. I've heard of broken ribs, didn't know you could dislocate them. What do you do about that?
I went to reach for Molly yesterday to put her leash on and everything in my upper body went into a mass spasm. Its been hard to breathe or even look down. Low and behold I managed to dislocate one of my ribs. Not sure how long its going to take to feel better.
Just have to say my body is no fun.

My Chiropractor adjusted it back wow that hurt. He said rest and to be very careful cause it can re slip. He told me to come in everyday if I need to.
Ouch...feel better soon !!

I hate the thought of getting older
Hope you heal up, ribs are a terrible part of body to be in pain because of the whole "need to breath to survive" thing

Oh my. That sounds painful. I've had bruised ribs and that hurt every time I moved and heaven help me when I sneezed!
Getting old is not for wimps!
