    Dog Fairs & Events

    Happy Sunday everyone!

This weekend we went to a fair called "Dog Lovers Days" and it was so much fun!

Have you ever been to any/what were they called and what are your thoughts on them? We are wanting to go to more!

I swear there is no other breed that shows happiness with a tail wag like a Labrador!!!! Looks like he had a great time!!! Love those sleepy eyes at the end!

Hemi and I go to all kinds of dog events. He has a blast and so do I.

February usually, but delayed until march this year is Bow Wows and Brews. Local Breweries get together with CSNIP to raise money for free spaying and neutering.
June is Bissel Blocktail Party and also we go to Dog Scout Camp
July is Bark in the Park
September is Bark in the Dark
October, is Howl-A-Ween with the Lots of treats trail.

Other ones with no set schedules.
There is a hiking group that goes out regularly and Geocaching events with dogs.

That looked so fun! I liked when Cooper tried to sneakily grab toys out of the toy bin.

Also props to you, I would be so stressed in that environment with Bubba (excitable 10 month old unneutered dog does not mix so well with tons of other random dogs).

The local ones do not appeal to me. But when I was in New England, there was one called Pet Rock (just looked it up -- it's still a thing). It was outside with a band, which made it even more fun, in my opinion! My rescue had a booth and we'd bring a few of the fosters, if they could handle that sort of thing.
