    Remember freezing temps . . .

Remember freezing temps while we here were enjoying 70's and 80' Fahrenheit temps? Well here we go, tables turned now. We are in a "heat advisory" today and for the next few days. Temps today is estimated to be 109 degrees Fahrenheit. No walk for poor Opie today, IT's TOO HOT!

also have EXTREME FIRE DANGER because of winds, high temps and dry conditions. No charcoal grilling or open campfires

Ahh, so sorry you are under a heat advisory. Here it's a very pleasant 66F, shorts and t-shirt weather. Need to get outside and do some gardening/weeding.

It's 23 C (71F) here so not too hot but it's so dry. That's funny, warmer than Kleb. We've had a very dry spring and we have moderate fire ratings.

109 F. That's awful. Stay safe and cool.

ETA: Arrggghhhh as the day has gone on it's gotten really hot. 28.4 C here at 4:00 now. Awful.

Wow, definitely too hot. Stay cool and stay safe! Hoping cooler weather comes soon to give you some relief so that Opie can get out for his walks.

    Ah . . . . memories.

Twenty years ago, my friend and I were road tripping from Phoenix to Tucson. We got into the car and were convinced the AC didn't work. Finally got down to Tucson and found out that it was 126 F in Phoenix that day. The airport had shut down because the planes were sinking into the tarmac. It always fascinates me that cars work in that weather.

    Stay cool!

On the other hand, we are both freezing in winter and boiling in summer (95 F today and summer hasn't even begun), so I still envy you.

Get a pool for Opie for him to stay cool and have fun
