Netflix and Chill- the Lab version

    Don't worry, it's G-rated.

Backstory: Dealing with anxiety about wind

So last night we went to bed early because I was TIRED. I wasn't terribly surprised when Kimber woke me up for a potty break and when I took her outside, she definitely needed to pee. But then when we came back inside, she didn't head back to the bedroom. No, she went to the livingroom, to the couch, and looked over her shoulder at me: "Now we watch documentaries on Netflix?" Uh, NO!

I got her back in the bedroom but she was so recalcitrant about going into the crate I let her settle on her bed in the corner. A couple hours later, I heard her padding through the house. Where was she go- oh. Yes, I got up, and she was back by the couch. She wagged her tail at me. "Now we Netflix?" NO!

This time I was very assertive in putting her in the crate for the rest of the night.

Oh... to be a dog without anything pressing to do the next day, then we could stay up all night hanging out with our fur babies watching Netflix.

Hemi loves a little Netflix and Chill, the Lab Version, with his daddy on a cold winter night. He totally gets it Kimber.

I'm jealous! If I sit on the couch with my legs out, Kimber will lay next to my legs. That's as snuggly as she ever gets- and we consider it quite the achievement. For her first 5 years she would jump off the couch if we touched her.
