It has been a busy few weeks. We have been putting the finishing touches on our house (only 2 projects left! Finishing painting the trim and replacing the shower door!!!!) and started to look at houses online. We met with our mortgage guy last night and just got pre-approved for a loan! We are now on the track for finding our dream home!

Exciting and exhausting.
When we were hunting I would ask for a flyer on the house and note on it the pros and cons, notes to help me remember each house. After a while it gets confusing. Also had a list of items that MUST be OK; i.e., heating, plumbing, electrical panel.
