Yesterday, while I was at work, a lady I helped with her fabric order had a chocolate Labrador puppy in her cart. Now technically people are not supposed to have dogs other than service dogs in the store, but we don't enforce the rule as long as the dog is well behaved. This puppy was so friendly, she kept putting her front feet on the counter to say hi, of course I had to pet her. When I was chatting with her person, the lady said she had two other labs at home, a black and yellow... The puppy reminded me of Sprockette when we first got her. It was a bright spot in an otherwise rough day.
I'm glad you got some puppy therapy! Hope today is less rough.

Glad to hear this good experience of you. Hope someday you decide to get one soon, labrador is a lovely and very pleasant dog, I think that breed is perfect for you because that dog you encounter is obviously like you.
