    Prayers for Bella please...

I am heading to the vet shortly with my 10 year old cat Bella, that we rescued 9 years ago. She seemed fine on Tuesday, her usual self, yesterday I noticed she seemed a little lethargic, lying around more than usual, and her appetite was down. This morning she seems alot worse, she still isn't eating, she hasn't used the litter box, she walks a few steps and lies down and her cry is pitiful. My daughter text me this morning saying that Bella had been lying with her head in the dogs water dish. She is also vomiting . I have no idea what is going on with her , I am afraid for her...Any good thought are appreciated!! We are on our way to the Vet now.....

My guess...based on way too much experience...would be kidney failure.

All good thoughts headed your way for Bella.

My heart is breaking....I helped Bella cross the bridge. The Vet could feel a mass on her liver, she was jaundiced, cold, they could barely get a temperature, her heart rate was really slow. The Vet felt that even with aggressive treatment we wouldn't have been able to save her....her organs were failing. I can't stop crying.....she was fine up until yesterday....it feels like a bad dream....

Rest in peace sweet girl......you will be missed xoxo

Oh no, I'm so sorry. If only cats and dogs were a little less stoic sometimes, maybe we could help them sooner.
