How do you eat raw celery?

I hate raw celery. How would I incorporate it into a salad or veg plate? I was thinking fill it with peanut butter or cream cheese or provide ranch dressing. Do you eat raw celery by itself?

I don't really eat celery anymore except in a salad. But I used to eat it "as is"...or in a Bloody Mary.

In a Spicy Caesar. But I don't mind it raw. When we buy it in the summer I will cut a few sticks and take it as a work snack plain.

I love the inner stalks but not the outer. The grands like it with PB or cream cheese on it.

That's fascinating. I've always thought that the inner stalks weren't good at all but I think that's based on perception, not experience.

The only way to eat raw celery is stuffed with cream cheese.

gotta have something on it...hummus, peanut butter, SOMETHING. It's good cut up tiny in tuna. My DH hates it though, I can't even put it in soups or stews.

I leave it plain since it's usually served with something to dip it into, such as during the Super Bowl. We rarely eat it, except with Buffalo chicken wings and then the celery gets dipped into chunky blue cheese dressing. Oh yeah, like Jen, tuna or chicken salad has to have some in it for crunch. I've never been a fan of putting peanut butter or cream cheese on it- ick.
