Such great wildlife shots from Bamps and Irishwistler! I like the heart on little Romeo's forehead, too!

Shelley, I can't believe you have roses blooming! It's cold enough here now that all my hanging baskets turned into hanging seaweed and all the chrysanthemum flowers, while still attached, are facing the ground! Yes, I'm a bit behind on my outdoor decor!

    Aye Mates,
Had a temperature of 17 degrees F when I left me home to hunt pheasants this morning. TRAD and I had a good albeit chilly hunt with some friends. When I got home in the early evening the Canada Geese were on the move with several large flocks passing overhead. We are pheasant hunting again tomorrow over TRAD and REV. We'll get back to goose hunting soon. :-)

    Cheers,

The Goderich Ontario airport had a business that refitted and customised aircraft. I was lucky to see these two planes. Excuse me if I cheat and post two photos.

The business turned loose a World War II B-25 Mitchell bomber.

On the same day it released a Grumman Mallard (I think) amphibian. The owners' acceptance included a buzz at about 10 feet, almost certainly violating regulations. Sorry it's out of focus but it was a kind of nerve wracking moment.

I work in and around Philadelphia, PA, I like taking photo's of stuff I see while I'm driving around and with digital cameras there's no reason not to, no waste.

For Bamps, the flipside, sunrise (and sunsets) ... I like sunrise shots because most people are still in bed, nice and peaceful.

    Soberbyker,

I love those shots! The mirrored building with the clouds reflected is super! The buckle up sign- a stitch! Is that a motorcycle under that "thing"?

Here are a couple of my sunset shots from the Outer Banks of NC this summer. That's an osprey nest in the one shot.

I call that building the Stealth Building. I saw that sign and did two u-turns to take the photo of it. Yes it was a motorcycle, I looked it up later, apparently a pair of training wheels pop out when it comes to a stop.

Love peaceful looking sun rise/set shots.

Every year the Philadelphia Police put on a "Thrill Show", lots of skilled and trick riding, the proceeds benefit the families of fallen police and firefighters.

Had to take this shot ...

Wifey and I on Assateague Island Maryland, home to many wild horses, not real common in the eastern USA. The iron horses are ours.
