    "phlowing photo's"

    Aye Mates,
Spent a bit o' time in the woods at me game club yesterday and captured these two images o' Spring runoff. The image on the left is titled "THE WEEPING WALL" and was shot in a vertical format, in color, and using a star filter. The image on the right is titled "WHETSTONE" and was shot in a horizontal format in monochrome.

    Cheers,
    Mikey☘️

Reminds me of the time I lived in New England and many hours hiking through the woods. Thanks for the memories.

The first picture reminds me of the water fall we saw in Newtown Mountkennedy Ireland. Beautiful.

It reminds me of a little stream across the road from my parent's farm. It meandered along the road, and then through a field into the bush and then met up with the Maitland River. My brother and I spent hours floating sticks, ping pong balls, whatever we could find down it's length. Got many a soaker splashing around. Ah, to be a kid again enjoying those simple pleasures.

I love the sound of a flowing brook. Our house before this on had a tumbling stream in the backyard. It is the one thing I really miss about that property. The out flow for the pond has to make do but it is a long way from the house.

Very relaxing. I remember the water lapping up aside my father in-law's boat while sleeping aboard, that and the gentle rocking lulled me into a deep sleep.
