    We're gettin' lots of peaches!

We haven't had peaches for two years. Just weird cold snaps after the tree started to bloom and no pink at all at the end. I was very unhappy because the peaches are really really good. We seem to be in good shape this year though. I predict a hundred or so. Every dot of pink could be a peach!

The flowers are SO pretty. Our next door neighbour, when I was a kid, had a peach tree. We loved to just look at it. Both our yards had used to belong to the next, next door neighbour who had planted several fruit trees years before. We had two apple varieties, two pear, a plum and a cherry. I can't remember what was next door besides the peach but Spring was very pretty at our house and smelled lovely.

I hear you. Ours is right outside of our living room window. It's a dwarf tree so that's as big as it gets otherwise I'd pull it out. As it stands, it's just really pretty.
