I think the fact you have all the seeds in there you've pretty much got what you got. I would de-seed them next time.
I had bee eating these off the vine on sandwiches etc and they weren't too hot.
Add equal amounts of water, vinegar, salt and sugar and these could ignite a rocket into space. Jalapenos, Cherry Stuffers (maybe), Sweet Peppers and garlic. Is there a way to take the heat out of them for next time or are they are what they are?

It's the seeds.

Thanks will remember next time. I was reading the comments from webpage I go the recipe from and people were talking about changing the sugar amount to have an effect on it so I wasn't sure.
Loving the garden this year. Making use of the peppers this way and having the green onions has been great so far. I wish we had some more sun so my tomatoes would turn.
Yep seeds. The sees are what make them hot. They are actually quite mild without the seeds.
Another thing many people don't realize if you have a grill you can smoke and dry the Jalapenos to make Chipotle peppers the will keep a lot longer and you can use them in much wider variety of ways. They are better in a smoker but a grill will do.

Another thing I love if you have a lot of them is stuffed and smoked poppers. You can get the rack seen here that keeps them upright on a lot of sites on the web. Amazon obviously.
