It's nice to reap the benenfits of a small garden. My egg and cheese with green onions, pickled jalapenos and tomatoes fresh from my backyard. I don't know why I didn't plant a garden years ago.

That looks quite yummy! I haven't had breakfast yet so I could be all over that. Thank goodness there's a really nice farm stand near us and I've been enjoying some nice, thick tomato sandwiches recently. I should get a couple of red onions to make a quick pickle.
That looks good.
Isn't having a garden great?

The matching burger that we had for dinner. It was finally a nice enough day that we sat out, had a few drinks and had a bbq.
Well Hemi and I will be right over. Hold the onion on his burger.
You know I am planning next year and smaller garden raised up on the deck for cocktails. It is a new thing called cocktail gardening. It doesn't have to be very big, unless you drink a lot. A lot of the plants and herbs can be used in cooking and also repel mosquitoes. Think Mint Julip with fresh picked mint from the garden.
