    "Busy Bee"

    Aye Mates,
Shorter daylight hours and declining temperatures have the honey bee's scurrying to collect as much pollen as their wee bee bodies can muster. I recently caught this honey bee hard at work. It makes for a color rich image.

    Cheers,
    Irishwhistler 🍀

The colors are great. I tried planting more plants that would promote bee's since they are having such a bad time they didn't take off though so will try again in the spring. I planted them at the side of the house that gets the morning sun outside the fence so I won't get stung and they can buzz around without being bothered.

The bees are thick in my Autumn Joy sedum right now. It's so nice to see and hear them there.

Bees and bumble bees in abundance this year. I planted all bee friendly flowers this year. So nice to see so many as they provide not only wonderful honey for our local bee keepers, but pollinate the farmed plants for our food. Amazing creatures!!

Great picture as usual Mike !!

Like Snowshoe, many bees swarming to the sedum. Just have to keep Archie from trying to catch one.

    Beautiful picture.
