    Want To Know?

Want to know how fast an old woman with a bionic hip can run? Just watch me pruning back peonies as I run into a yellow jacket nest in the ground.

Have wondered what bionic wonder this hip would provide. Figured super fast running was out as only one hip is bionic and I'd end up running in circles. Maybe it's a bee evasion hip?

Those little stingers are frantic and nasty at this time of year - glad the bionic hip served you well!

Since you said nothing about stings I assume you are OK. Those nasty bees are like an army, no, air force on the move. I had a hive in my compost pile years back and was rototilling it when I made the discovery. 18 stings, lucky I am not allergic to the sting, but it sure hurt for some time.

That night I poured gasoline over the hive and burned them out as they tried to fly away. Made me smile!!
