I have worked two hunt test the last two weekends and am now just recovering from the heat. I was quite worried about one of our bird boys the first weekend but he was back for the next and said that he was fine after the day. The only good thing about this heat has been that I have got the puppy swimming. She is now 14 weeks old and swimming like a fish. Just loves to retrieve in the water. I was worried that she wouldn't get in the water until next Spring.

Blessed relief today, high 72 which is 20 degrees F lower than yesterday. Supposed to have a few days of this and lower then back to the upper 80s. Crazy weather.

Anna Scott, it was awful, yes? How great that you got her in, and that the seems to love to swim!

Fran, blessed relief here as well. High today was 9C or 70. Right now it's 12 or 54.
