Banana bread! I do a pumpkin bread with chocolate chips. Now that we know you don't want organ meats! LOL

Tons of sweet breads, other than organ meat. Lemon poppy seed, pumpkin, spice, cranberry, banana (with or without nuts or chocolate chips).

I was wondering about banana bread. There's a good one straight out of Joy of Cooking. I think I'll stick with that and a pumpkin bread so I know I won't mess it up and I have a bunch of disposable loaf bread pans.

Christmas dinner is on Tuesday for this group. Baked the "sweet breads" tonight. Pumpkin and banana. The pumpkin came out well considering that I didn't even know that pumpkin bread existed until last week. Thanks for your help.

Good thing you knew to not pull something akin to a "Sweeney Todd" on those folks.
