      How not to remove wasps......

I found this story here: Man tries to take down a wasp nest with a plastic bag | Daily Mail Online

Not a well thought out plan.

      Thanks Everyone!!

They can be tricky. OH was lucky we had cool mornings and nights and they're dopey when it's cool. He also wore his zoot suit, mask and respirator.

How handy that someone was there to take the video. I wonder if this stunt was done for his 15 minutes of (dumb) fame.

I can't even watch the clip, wasps I just can't stand, yikes. If I can't get anyone to deal with them for me, I arm myself with 2 cans of kill spray, 1 foam and 1 long-distance spray, wait til after dark when hopefully they'll all be home and will be annihilated, then carefully spray with the long distance spray and then follow up quickly with the foam. Yikes. Gives me the hebbie-jeebies just thinking about it.

Well, hey, Elon Musk is selling some flame throwers that might be handy for wasp nest removal. Since his "novelty" flame throwers only shoot flames about 10 feet, how dangerous could that be? On some tv news segment about it, some guy said flame throwers are a legit tool for getting rid of bees nests. Let's see, plastic grocery bag or flame thrower, what to choose, what to choose?
