Our "kraft dinner" is just called Kraft Macaroni and Cheese.

We have Crush but it's usually just orange soda (I think they also have grape but orange crush is the most common). We don't have the pink one.

Our smarties candies are completely different, they are chalky. I'm not a huge fan of them.

I've seen ketchup chips but not the "all dressed" flavor. I'm kinda surprised though since I have seen some pretty wild chip flavors like "chicken and waffle" and "sriracha"

mmmm poutine.....mmmmmm ok now i'm really hungry
Bannock, well, sure, but its not all that common around here, and there are so so many variations on it. I think BeaverTails (sold primarily in Ottawa esp. during Winterlude) are taking that out there to the tourists.
Nanaimo bars, thats just something you've got to try. but I hear finding Kerns's Mustard Powder is hard in the US. (used in the cream part, and no, they don't taste like mustard)
I know that the Smarties are not the same, if you can even find them down there. a friend of my parents' always stocked up when he was in Canada.
I was astounded to see some the crisps flavours when i was in Britain back in 1993- back then we didnt have all the Presidents choice flavours, but we still had All Dressed from most of the major chip manufacturers.
Tim Hortons is like a disease up here - I grew up just outside Hamilton where it all started. They are convenient, I will give them that.
and KD (Kraft Dinner), well, its a staple. not a ketchup fan myself, but lots put it on their KD. Its immortalized in a song by The Bare Naked Ladies "If I Had A Million Dollars" they talk about putting ketchup (Dijon ketchup) on their KD.
I had never noticed that pink Cream Soda was hard to find in the US, huh. Theres also some wonderful "regional" (esp. Newfoundland) flavours by Crush, notibly Birch Beer (think Root Beer) and Pineapple Crush.
Definite must-trys are Nanaimo Bars, Poutine, Montreal smoked meat, and all-dressed chips.

Bannock! Love that bread. We have a Bannock burger restaurant here in Edmonton and I usually get a bannock burger when I visit the Calgary Stampede. So greasy but sooo good! Tourtière is a traditional dish that my mom makes for christmas, so amazing. Love the PC brand for ice cream as well. Chocolate peanut butter or mint chocolate chip are my go-to flavours.

But yes, I have had and enjoyed every item in that list

I just saw a McDonalds Poutine commercial but have never had one. The Burger King version has enough fat and salt to get you through a solid week.

Now I have a craving to get my hands filthy greasy trying to shove Hickory Sticks in my mouth. They are good but small and it's hard to grab a good handful to fill your trap with.
    Thanks Everyone!!

I asked some Canadian friends that have imported into the states last night if the next time we do a BBQ or party if they would make Nanaimo bars because I heard I needed to try them.

I got a text bright an early at 7:30 this morning. Thanks, all we could do is sit and talk about and think about Nanaimo bars all night long.

FYI, in Canada, it's called Ketchup!

Just posted the recipe that I use to make Nanaimo Bars, in the recipe section. I think I will be doing some shopping later and making a pan of the peanut butter ones. At least that way I can pretend they are good for us since they have peanut butter in them.

I'm not Canadian, but a very upstate New Yorker, and I can totally vouch for poutine, maple donuts, ketchup potato chips, TIM HORTON'S (God's gift to me), Timbits, and Kraft dinner.
