I started a Keto diet on Sat

This is about the hardest diet I have been on. in a while. But the hope is that it will lower my inflammation and hopefully that will lower my pain levels. I hope I can update you guys for at least a few weeks I need some support. I will weigh in on Sundays

Good luck with the diet...hope it'll let you feel better. I don't know that much about it but do know that grains/sugar aren't allowed. I find I do much better in many ways if I avoid these. I've always had a sweet tooth and it gives me nothing but misery when I give in to it.

Good luck! I enjoy doing the Reboot with Joe a few times a year. I'm going to start a 30 day juice on Saturday. I bet once you move past the first week, you will find yourself doing much better! I sure it helps with your pain.

Diet was the key to getting Oban over his illness and we often see it discussed here, recently on the ear infection thread. Diet impacts so many things. So, while I know nothing about Keto, I know you have researched it and I hope it helps. Quickly.

I hope it works the way you hope! Just getting started is a huge thing and every day will be a series of micro-goals that I know you can focus on and work through. Let us know how it goes.

I do this as well. Always helps, I always drop some weight but more importantly jumps starts me to keep eating healthy. I actually just finished a reboot yesterday. Some of the stuff though I make as regular meals. Love the Portabella stuffed acorn squash. Teff with berries is a regular breakfast for me as well. I can only do a 15 to 20 day, I start getting tummy issues. I also make the maple berry bars as a regular snack all the time. The Strawberry Banana Ice cream is a regular favorite of mine and Hemi. I pull out some for Hemi from the blender before I add in almond milk. Hemi loves the reboots too, he gets lots of fresh carrots piece, apples slices, sweet potato and carrot fries, acorn squash, etc.
