    Wind Storm

Any one else getting the wind storm tonight?

I have a tree branch down which isn't large but would have hurt somebody down in my yard. I picked up two large pieces of metal siding off my lawn and took them back to the neighbours house where they belong. They were just extra pieces they had in the backyard. I haven't seen a good wind storm in awhile.

It is the year of the bizarre weather for sure.

Today it rained all day. Then after work it got really sunny and hot so we took Georgia for a walk. When we got home it got black out and rained again. Now it's windstorm and cold out.
    Thanks Everyone!!

I don't hear chainsaws yet but there are trees down all over our village. A couple in our backyard, thank heavens not the big blue spruce in our front which already is leaning toward our house. Some minor damage to a shed next door but I haven't heard of serious injury or damage in our village - yet.

The wind was wild last night...We have branches and twigs strewn all over our yard, small tree down in the backyard, lost some shingles from the roof and our eavestrough is hanging in, but barely. Lots of power outages still all around us, but thankfully ours was only out for an hour and a half during the night. I’m sure today will be a clean up day for many.

We escaped damage thank goodness. A very large, maybe 2 feet thick? limb came off a tree in the cemetery down the street from us.

Lots of rain and wind but no damage. A town not far from us had big trees down.

Drove down near Ottawa on the weekend to visit a friend. Saw lots of shingles off of roofs and my friend ended up with a free metal shed in his backyard. We figured it came from across a park/field. A few hydro poles down in Perth. I expected to see more damage but was glad I didn't.
    Thanks Everyone!!
