    Right. It's a stanchion.

    We've had goats for seven years now. Hoof trimming has been something of a nightmare, particularly with Thelma. Louise would be all right but for the fact that Thelma gets her worked up. Anyone ever seen The Witch? It's like the devil goat rearing up but in miniature so hard to take seriously but she can cause some damage.

    Finally, I found out. I need a stanchion. And now they have portable, ones that attach to a fence. Wish me luck.

    I wonder if that would work with Bogey when we try to trim his nails!
