So glad to hear things are improving. You definitely want to stay hydrated. I've found that vegetable juice (less sugar than fruit) is a good way to keep my body happy...much easier to remember to supplement my water intake with something other than a bunch more plain water. (or Hint water...slightly flavored but no sweeteners)

Continued thoughts for strength as you aim for the end of this.

Nice to hear you are improving. I'm sure getting out with the pups in the fresh air helped too! Bet they enjoyed the bumper toss!

They checked me out, figured my tank was dry and gave me a liter of saline.

After that... I felt up to taking the dogs to a pond and wearing them out chasing bumpers. It's amazing what you can do when you have enough circulating volume.

Infusion #4 coming up on the 31st and that is GREAT on two counts. First, it's the last dose of the nasty cytoxin/adriamiacin combo. And second, it's the half-way point. All downhill from here.
    Aye J,
You remain in our prayers Lass and it seems things are going relatively well. You'll get through all o' this and be stronger at the other end. Hang in there and stay strong.

Hang in there. Thais is how chemo seems to go. You just get feeling good again and it is time for another treatment. But the end is in sight and then you will have the time to regain your strength. As I told you by the third round I was ready to pack it in but with the adjustment to the drugs I got through it. Will keep cheering for you and a positive outcome. Take life one day at a time and live it to the fullest.

I felt good enough to run the dogs to the pond again. It is so sweltering hot and the fires in California are making the air gross to breathe. (Pray for those poor people. It's like an apocalypse. Two fire fighters have already died.)

We got home in time for them to have their dinner. Now they are dropping in to a coma on the cold floor.
