    Bless you for caring enough to take care of his property. You are doing so much more than many folks would.

    Several good suggestions here, chief among them (in my opinion) holding or dialing back what you do.

    I might suggest leaving it at mowing the lawn and doing things to make it look lived in or at least frequently visited, cared for, to keep the predators away. Might also document what you do by photographing before and after with a date stamp in the image.

    How amazing of you to do all that. I was going to say that if you going to help it need to be in writing to cover your ass. I hate to say it but I doing want this to become a bigger issue. I wish I had a neighbor like you.

    I was thinking that activity is good as well. I put flowers in his well house so I'll keep that up. Change them out. Spread a couple of bags of mulch occasionally. Just low level stuff that shows that someone is doing something.
