    Sometimes people surprise me

I know most of you know I struggle with mobility. I don't even know what to say Im blown away by a person who attends a pain support group I attended. They have offered to come help me a couple times a month. They already are there to support their daughter. I need the help and I feel weird accepting it. I am not sure other than saying thank you how to show my gratitude.

That is very kind of this person. Initially I would express my heartfelt thanks, maybe offer cup of tea, coffee or some snacks when they come over to help. If you get to know them you can find out what they like and sent, flowers, a fruit basket or gift card every once in awhile.

I agree with JC001. It's a lovely gesture on their part.

You already help out with service dogs, right? One way to express gratitude is to pass it on, doing what you can.

I'd love to hear more about your horse instruction. Horses are so amazing for instilling confidence in anyone, that big animal under your control, and so much more for kids with challenges.
