      Cedar waxwings

      Aye Mates,

I caught these cedar waxwings briefly as they were feeding amongst the wild grapes growing behind me home.

I love their coloring. Every so often, I'm lucky enough to see flocks of them in our closest park.

Nice. They look a lot like cardinals, when all I see is a flash. Here they like to sleep in, of all things, our cedar hedge. But so do the cardinals.
