    Quilted pillow.

    I have four months until the next sewing course so I signed up for a Learn to Quilt class at Joann. Lucked out in that I was the only one doing it. The other woman there was doing something completely different. Made this. It doesn't have the stuffing but you get the general idea.

    It's 14" x 14". I couldn't have done it without a class or step by step video with me hitting pause every two seconds. Which is annoying and not fun. I think I can do other blocks with video instruction at this point but I definitely needed a person to show me and interpret whatever language those instructions are written in.

    I'm really excited about this. Now that I know where the fabric patterns wind up in the block, I can plan them better. It's very soothing. My favorite part is stitching in the ditch which apparently makes me very weird because people think it's tedious and annoying but that's my idea of therapy!
