    Soap Bubble Freezing

    This is one of my best so far. I think a little warmer weather (it was -17C or ~ 0F) might have them freezing a bit more slowly making it easier to see what happens. And more sun for back light. I love the chickadees talking in the background, they were right beside me as I did this.

    Wow, how neat! I've tried to get bubbles to freeze before but never been successful. Your technique of "growing" the bubble on a flat surface looks like a better way than trying to blow bubbles from a wand. And it looks like it wasn't windy.

    So interesting! Sent the grands home today with bubbles to give it a try tomorrow which is going to be extremely cold. We'll see how it goes.
