Chimney fire - what would you do?

If you had a chimney fire, the fire department came out and put a fire house down your chimney and flooded your home, then you hauled buckets and buckets of ash and other crud out to your yard, what would you do?

a.) Call someone to come out and assess the damage.
b.) Call your insurance company to send out a contractor.
c.) Move to a hotel with your children for the short term.
    d.) a, b and c
e.) Light another fire in your fireplace.

This is my neighbor so I'll give you a second to think about it.

Yes! You guessed it! The answer is e.! In defiance of the laws of physics, you continue to try and "save money" by burning the firewood in your garage! Who cares if you have kids? Who cares if you live next to an abandoned home that could go up like a matchstick? The fire department is a city block away so go for it! Why not? Your safety is absolutely everyone else's responsibility. So what if you're in your forties.

    OMG. My head has exploded.

    Wow! Just Wow!

You would think the Fire Department advised them NOT to use the fireplace because it's not safe! I'm sure they did...

    Hard to believe!

Don't even have any words. To bad the house was deemed uninhabitable.

Oh, well, you know, since the fire dept put a hose down the chimney and everything must be wet up in there, how else are you going to dry it out?
