I rode in Top Hands . Trail my horse starting bucking over a halter issue. Then I rode but did the pattern wrong. Second showing was horsemanship. Horse was not participating and started bucking. 3rd Equitation horse started misbehaving at the end it was like something was biting her foot. I guess success is that I rode. Not a happy camper

I looked up Top Hands- is it like a competition in various aspects of handling horses? One site called it cowboy dressage. So, you’re a dog wrangler AND a horse wrangler?

LOL Smart rock I volunteer teaching kids with disabilities how to ride. I usually work with kids who have autism ADHD, and developmental issues.
Top hands is a horse riding completion for people with disabilities. Trail is a pattern like an obstacle l corse. There goes me and auto correct lol.
Nothing worse than a bucking horse during a class! I remember riding a horse I was training in his first show - a small schooling show at a local farm. The judge asked us to hand gallop, and my horse decided that he was very comfortable cantering slowly. When I urged him into a hand gallop, he bucked in protest - right in front of the judge, of course... Kids...

LOL, this morning at first read I decided Top Hands was a place and the period was lagging. Then I decided Trail must be the horse's name and a comma was missing. But I still thought you'd failed some kind of geneaology exam on paternities. LOL
