Me and Opie checking in . . .

We’re still around out here. We’ve been hiking and playing in local mtns and deserts over here. Here’s a couple pics of Opie in the mtns and a friend from the desert. The snake is a Mojave rattlesnake. The photo was taken just a few days back. Reminder to watch your furkids out there, it’s rattlesnake season

Nice to see you guys. Your weather looks a little better than ours. Hoping the 4” of snow last night is the last “dump” of the season.

Hey, was wondering about you two. Missed you. Good to hear you are both well and having good outings. Sure I can speak for all when I say a few more regular updates would be nice.

Thanks yeah, we’ll try to come around more. Opie just had his check up and shots. He got new bling to wear and is good for 3 yrs again.

Hi! Good to hear you and Opie are doing great and enjoying yourselves! I'd have died then and there is I saw that snake though.

Always happy to see you checking in! Good to see that Opie is still the king of all he surveys. I'm glad snakes of that size and ilk are not seen in these parts!

Thanks much!! This snake only grows to about 3 feet long but their venom is about the nastiest there is. This one I’m sure has the type A mojave venom.

So glad to hear from you that all is going well. Great pictures, ah, except for the snake. All of you, be careful.
